• Dealership Pricing: Stated prices represent Ex-Showroom Kerala prices in Indian National Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. RTO registration, mandatory insurance, road tax, and optional accessories are billed at the dealership.

4 Dealership & Distribution Inquiries

Submitting a dealership, distributorship, or institutional container inquiry through astarkerala.in does not constitute a binding appointment or guaranteed dealership allocation:

All applications are evaluated by Astar corporate management based on location feasibility, financial credentials, and regional infrastructure. Upon approval, a formal Dealership Agreement will be executed to govern the commercial relationship.

5 Enquiries, Test Rides & Communications

When you submit a contact form, schedule a test ride, or book a scooter:

• You consent to being contacted by Astar or an authorized Kerala dealership via telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email in response to your request.
• Our customer desk aims to respond to all inquiries within 1 to 2 business days.
• Riders undertaking showroom or doorstep test rides must hold a valid RTO driving license for two-wheelers and wear an ISI-certified safety helmet.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

All digital assets and content on this website — including text, brand styling, photography, scooter designs, logos, graphics, software, and audio-visual media — are the exclusive property of A Star Green Energy Limited or its licensors and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

8 EV Battery & Charger Care Protocol

Battery health and performance in all Astar scooters (both Lithium-Ion Smart BMS and Advanced Lead-Acid VRLA/Graphene packs) vary according to rider habits, payload, terrain, tire pressure, and ambient Kerala temperatures:

Stated ranges represent standard testing conditions. To protect battery life and uphold manufacturer warranty validity:

• Original Charger: Always use only the factory-supplied Astar Smart Charger or an OEM-certified unit.
• Avoid Deep Discharge: Do not regularly discharge the battery to 0%. Recharge promptly when capacity drops below 15–20%.
• Environmental Protection: Do not submerge the battery in water, expose it to open flames, or store it in unventilated extreme heat.
• No Unauthorized Tampering: Never attempt to disassemble, modify wiring, or service the battery pack outside an authorized Astar service center. Unauthorized tampering immediately voids all warranty coverage.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, A Star Green Energy Limited, its directors, employees, and authorized Kerala dealers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use this website, including banking network delays or unexpected logistics disruptions beyond reasonable control.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
